We stayed two nights at the hotel, and it was a terrible experience. On the first night, some people who were installing mirrors in the rooms came into our bedroom without permission. Even though they heard us inside, they opened the door anyway. The following night, we noticed that the cleaning was done halfway and not a single towel was left. When I went downstairs to ask for towels, the lady on the night shift only gave me two, and when I asked for a third one, she got upset and told me how annoyed she was to give it to me.
There was also a swamp cooler in the room that made an excessive amount of noise, making it hard to sleep at night. The elevator didn’t reach the second floor, the ice machines were not working, and the pool area was under renovation. Overall, a terrible experience — and it’s not even a cheap hotel.
