I checked in online because I knew that I was going to arrive for the first night at a very late hour. When I got to the property at 2:00 AM to get the keys, I had to wait and check-in all over again. A room had NOT been assigned to me yet. When I got to the room, the bathroom sink had a filthy dirty towel on the sink and an empty toilet paper roll on the ground. I went back to the reception desk to change rooms. The 2nd room had issues also. The bathroom floor was dirty and one of the double beds had crumbs within the sheets. It was so late, that I decided to stay in that second room. My roommate cleaned the bathroom floor herself. The Starbucks had very limited hours. The staff were not horrible, but not that friendly either.

Not a real Courtyard

I’m not sure how long this place has been a Courtyard by Marriott, but clearly not very long. It’s being updated, my room was 90% finished but there were a few items that were obviously not. My daughter’s room on the 2nd floor was, in her words, a trip back to the 90s. The rate was very good for a Courtyard but there were several places nearby with a similar rate and equally nice brands. They also had a couple of charges automatically applied that were definitely not in the manner of a Courtyard

On 3/9/25 - They turned customers away because of a system malfunction, leaving people homeless for the night. Instead of figuring out which rooms were empty and accommodating to their best abilities. This is difficult for people who prepaid as they have to fight for a refund and prove they never checked in. With no solution from the staff.

Staff were nice, location was convenient and whole hotel was getinf refurbished. We had a "new" room but the plumbing wasnt great as faucets were falling off the sink and shower. We also found some debris left in the shower

Caution with parking on property

During my stay, my vehicle was broken into (smashed rear right window), not the property's fault, but still an immense let down when I asked about camera footage. Do not leave anything in your vehicles overnight. The staff are great, but I never heard from the manager as I'd been told I would, regarding the theft.

When I reach to my room there wasn’t any complimentary water. I was told two different things. One worker said they ran out the other said company they stop giving water. The worst part no hand soap I had to asked for it. There was a used lotion in a tiny bottle from the previous guest . On the bathroom counter .
