This is mine third or fourth time staying at this particular hotel. The most recent time was the worst ever. I was only there for one night for which we did the valet parking as we always done and have done the previous time. We stayed at this particular hotel. Upon receiving a vehicle from the valet personnel upon leaving the hotel, we noticed that there was a significant amount of damage to the front passenger side bumper. When we called it to their attention, we got no help whatsoever. One of the valet drivers. (not the one that parked our returned our car) finally came out to talk to us. He went to get the manager of the hotel who would not even come out to see us or listen to our concern so the valley guy just told us to file a police report. So they are taking no responsibility for the damage on the vehicle at all. My advice is that if you choose to stay in this hotel, do not use valet Park your own car.

Location was good. Although the room we were given was horrible. I tolerated it just because I knew we would not be in the room long only to sleep for one night. The bathroom toilet was broken. I had to call front desk multiple times to come fix it. The wait had me going downstairs to use the hallway restroom in the meantime. It was very inconvenient. The maintenance man would take forever to come and then it would break again after the next use. I let the front desk know they should hold off on renting out that room again until the issue is completely resolved. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The “window” was not a window. There was a curtain and the window was frosted over dark so you can not see outside at all or get any natural light. The bathroom was very tiny and had no ventilation. I do not think I would return. Only perk was location. Not to mention the cost of car parking was 40 per night.

Clean facility, very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are small but fine for 1 night and 2 single ladies. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with a nice variety offered

We had to change rooms because the first room was not in representation of what was advertised. The staff did not inform us that the hot water was not working for two days. The toilet was not working properly. On Saturday morning work being done that disturbed our rest. Not enough linen. No one was there to bring it to the room. No compensation for inconvenience of not having hot water. We purchased water and the clerk wouldn’t charge it to the room nor would they take cash. The breakfast was well prepared and the staff there was accommodating.

Not a good night

I only stayed one night, and it was not a good one. My toilet would not flush, so they moved me from a queen room to 2 doubles. The second room barely had enough room to move. I was so dissatisfied that I didn't even want to shower. I found out the next day that there was no hot water anyway. Throughout the night, the heater and refrigerator kicked on several times, and the toilet ran occasionally. I did not sleep well. The hot breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The general manager gave me free parking, which I appreciated, but given the circumstances, I would rather have gotten all my money back.

The bathroom was very tiny. My husband slipped in the shower because there wasn’t adequate grippy strips in the tub. The hot water was broken when we checked in and we had to wait until the next day to take a shower after a concert. The location was difficult for Uber to pick up without the help of the front desk they never would have found us. Parking is also $50 at parking garage or $80 for valet
