The room was not large but average. I was Solo so it met my needs. I asked for a room with the window facing Cone Street. It was a Two night stay and I chose valet parking then caught Lyft to the concert and after party. No complaints over here!

Unfortunately, this property was below average. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning in the lobby. They were working on the issue. Thankfully, the room’s air was working. The room itself was extremely small. Barely enough room to walk around. No chair or table in room. The towel had a hair on it. There was a convention in town, which resulted in screaming, noise, door slamming and loitering in the hallway until 2am. Needless to say, no sleep and there were no other rooms available to be moved. Management offered points towards a future stay, but I don’t think we will return.

After checking in, I quickly returned to the front desk because the “2 Bed Suite” was not the one advertised on the website. I informed the front desk agent that the only reason I booked here was because it was advertised as having a kitchenette and more importantly, a separate living area. With 2 young kids, this was very important. Jesse at the front desk was very honest and admitted “yeah, the website is not really what our rooms look like, it’s a something we’ve heard before a lot” (direct quote). I was taken aback by his honestly but also horrified about the blatant bait and switch and false adversity conducted by this hotel. I am following up with hotel, Holiday Inn, then my credit card company as this is fraudulent and not what I purchased. Also, absolutely disgusting conditions in hotel. French fry found on floor and toilet paper in shower all found upon check-in. Left after one night. Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs. It is a scam!
