Stayed for three nights. Employees were very professional and helpful. Room was in decent condition. Found a Cheeto on the floor when I checked in. Shower was poor. Only produced very hot water and the drain was clogged so you basically also took a bath. Location of hotel was great, east to walk to the ballpark plus they offered a shuttle.

Excellent, except..

The staff was AMAZING!! They were attentive and good. The breakfast was outstanding and the lady over the breakfast was excellent. She kept the area clean and nothing ever ran out. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping did not clean our room the 2nd day we were there and we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. The shuttle service was great, on time and clean. We would stay again and hopefully the housekeeping gets up to par with the rest of the staff.

I was really impressed with the look of hotel when I got there , how ever after checking in , room I reserved was not the one they gave me without letting me know , I didn’t say anything but was not happy, and bathtub was clocked. But nice overall just with this situation didn’t happen .
