Room was generally clean. Staff was generally nice. Except when we checked out they were rude. There was a fiasco regarding our breakfast plan that we paid for but didn't get. But did get refunded for. Overall I had to ask for several other things to be done during our four day stay. Although they were generally receptive and had an easy texting feature to talk with a staff member for help. If I stay downtown again I'll be choosing a different hotel.
