The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff and kitchen staff were so friendly and sweet. We will return soon as we visit Buda frequently. What is your policy on pets? We have a small Yorkie dog that we’d like to take with us next week.

Do not waste your time booking here. Showed up fire alarm was going off. Guest came out their rooms disappointed and said to not waste my time checking in that was the 3rd night of alarm going at 10pm. Another guest got stuff in elevator. Requested a refund before checking in said I needed to call Expedia because I 3rd party booked. 5 days later no refund and I didn’t even use the hotel. Expedia told me they been reaching out to this hotel, but hotel doesn’t get back to them. Just want my money back I didn’t use the hotel because why would I want to stay at a hotel with alarms going off and guest getting stuck in elevator. Expedia should give me back my money and fight them on getting the money back. This is ridiculous.

Fire alarm went off at night for apparently no reason. There were roaches in the room. Also this is the same location I stayed at a previous time when the only thing I ate different than my kids was during breakfast, had sausage and yogurt, one of those things gave me terrible food poisoning, so I definitely wasn't going to try the food again after seeing the roaches. Apart from the fire alarm the property is quiet, so that's nice.

The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. The only problem was that 3 nights in a row the fire alarm went off at 10 pm. The first night was a fire in a room and included smoke. So get dressed and go downstairs. 2nd night, the alarm stopped before we got dressed. 3rd night got dressed and downstairs again. Really didn't appreciate the loss of sleep and inconvenience for the 2nd and 3rd nights.
