First room had lights going out and really needed a better cleaning. Changed rooms. New room. Tub drain stopper didn’t work, synthetic wood floor had a slippery surface that felt like soap residue. The property seems to be in decline from when I last stayed here.

Staff was very nice but the room was beat up cracked walls ceiling scuffed up furniture. Breakfast is ok but eggs and meat are gross. Stong cleaner smells in hall ways and elevator. No sidewalks to walk anywhere away from the hotel. It was my second time staying there and cabbing it to Austin but I dont think I will be back again.

Fire alarm went out in the room twice during the overnight hours and once at 8am. The overnight front desk clerk was unhelpful and was not concerned about the inconvenience we faced. Upon check out the day clerk was in phased about the issue. No one checked the room even though we were told someone would come up to check.
