Nestled in a private, gated community just off the main street, this townhouse-style unit offers two bedrooms (a king-size bed in the master on the main floor and a versatile full/twin combo bunk bed with a twin trundle in the second bedroom). The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the downstairs bathroom boasts a shower/bath combo and private vanity sinks in the dressing area. It comfortably sleeps 5-6, but it's perfect for two couples or a small family. Fully furnished, it includes three flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, high-speed wireless internet, satellite TV, and top-quality bed linens and towels.

Our two-level rooftop deck is a culinary haven, featuring a built-in stainless steel barbecue, counter, mini-fridge, and sink. There's room for six at the dining table, and a cozy seating area to catch those breathtaking Avila sunsets. Additional perks include a two-car garage and a washer/dryer.
