Avoid unless desperate; better options nearby.

Waited in lobby for check in for over ten minutes as there was no staff available. Soon there were five of us waiting for staff. Shuttle driver came in and started checking us in when front desk staff finally showed up with her bad attitude. Room was not clean (dead bugs under desk). Loud truck revving it's engine before 3 am with loud music. Check out was greeted by a staff member through a glass partition who obviously didn't want to be there. Was charged $50 upon check-in for incidentals and damages. Was charged $53.18, refunded $50. When I called to talk with manager, was told she was unavailable. Asked about the $3.18 extra charge and was informed it was for using the safe (which I did not even open).

Room unsatisfactory. A/C broken.

Dirty surfaces. Sticky material on hair dryer. Air conditioner not working properly so room too hot. Room had no refrigerator or microwave and told I needed to upgrade to get them. Facility indicated service desk's shared refrigerator was broken.
