Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but no housekeeping service in the 4 days we stayed there. Rooms are outdated , old fixtures, decor, plumbing. There was a flat screen tv, no usb ports.

Front staff was very welcoming. Breakfast ladies provided an amazing breakfast with lots of variety and fresh real scrambled eggs. Hot boiled eggs. Lots of room to make toast or waffles. We stayed for 2 nights. Our room did not get made, which was a disappointment to us. Would have been nice to have dry towels and the bed made. Could update the bathroom with a better shower head. Besides that everything was ok.

The continental breakfast contained actual scrambled eggs! Some dishes were served by a very friendly staff. The room was clean. I would surely stay there again.

The check in staff person was very nice! The free hot breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were also very nice. All the chain hotels around there were at least $100 more per night. Great value!

Emotionless voice on the phone said no refund when we had our event cancelled....the only reason we were staying in Bangor. I would have appreciated a little empathy since my family was already disappointed that the event was cancelled...
