We stay because we attended an event at the Cross Insurance Center, the convenience was great. The casino was fun. I cant give an excellent review as we had no heat in our room. I called the front desk and was given instructions to reset the electrical panel in our room, to no avail. We tried diinb this twice. I mentioned it again at checkout and there was no "hey I'm sorry ". We woke up cold several times during the night.

The only draw back we experienced was my wife does not take elevators and the stairs were only accessible with security escort. So we had to wait long periods of time for someone to come take us to the bottom of the stairway to get to our room
