The staff were wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely come back. Staff at the casino were very friendly and plenty of room for playing.

Original room had no working air conditioning and the in room safe was locked with no one on duty to reset it. After we unpacked and got ready for dinner the staff came up and said we are moving you to another room but they needed us out of the room by 11 pm. This was a tad frustrating as they could have moved us right after we got to the room and made them aware. We were meeting friends and felt like we had to rush back to pack and move. Rooms were ok, kinda run down already and not the cleanest. Beds were lumpy.

If you need a place to crash for the night, it’s not so bad. It could definitely use a bit of freshening up. I don’t know if they have had a remodel since they opened. (Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom along with missing grout and silicone. ) Water was clean and hot though. Perfect after a cold and rainy BH day. There is a gym and a small area for snack purchases. No continental breakfast bar to grab a muffin on your way out the door. The fan in the bathroom never came on so everything was foggy, slippery when you got out of a shower. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner had a nice pleasing smell. ( We still mostly used our own.) Personal coffee machine was easy to use, but tasted terrible. There is a coffee shop next door, within walking distance, but if you are an early riser, you have to wait for them to open. Plain, clean and simple rooms with a comfy bed and pillows. But if you’re looking for a Vegas casino room style, decor, and experience, this isn’t it. Oh, and there is a restaurant on site downstairs, and one within walking distance next door.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was spacious, VERY clean, quiet and there was a beautiful view of the river. The shower was hot and there was ample shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were new and much better than average. Thanks for everything! We'll be back!

Eco friendly A/C runs very briefly, up to three minutes before shutting off, then on again up to an hour later, window is locked so room gets very stuffy. Be sure to set the thermostat above 67F so it will run at all. Some desk staff are helpful, others are not, forget about calling the front desk on the house phone or directly, many calls went unanswered. Rooms are ok, location is good. Make sure to check your room card every day for multiple day stays or you’re likely to have to go back downs. Hotel entry and parking is confusing, good luck. Good luck in the casino, that’s all this hotel is designed for, not travelers.
