The hotel was well worth the money, staff friendly and helpful, price of food and drink really reasonable, rooms clean and modern. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the Euro Fira metro station. The only small downside is having to walk past a park after dark which appeared to have a few dodgy characters, however, I would point out that we passed very late at night and we weren't approached.

So we traveled during autumn period and the accommodation said they have air conditioning but it was not working, we had a hot room without any ventilation as the windows were also sealed, the hotel said 4 star but looked like a 3 or 2 star hotel, the breakfast was fine.

The hotel was modern clean and well maintained. The only negative was that when a toilet flushed near to our room there was a horrible noise that came back up through the shower drain trap, so I fixed this by using a damp towel and placing it over the top of the drain.
