This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The normal air con wasn’t working but a temporary air con unit was fixed to the window. There is a balcony on floor 1 that has a direct line of sight into and out of the rooms in floor 2 so the room didn’t feel very private. There was also construction going on in the room both sides of us. Food was good.

The staff replied to emails very promptly, they were accommodating with our very late arrival, helpful with directions. Breakfast bar staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating for our gluten free needs. They let us leave bags in the hotel on the last day. The hotel is a good 20+ minutes on the bus from the city, but also close to the airport (easy access via bus). Clean and comfortable room, beds decent but pillows were awful 😁

This Hotel was amazing with breakfast include and very delicious !! Metro and buses is very close just walk 5 minutes to metro station and 3 minutes to bus station. Is far from city but metro and bus will get there in 15 to 30 minutes. 100% recomended

The property was great but the non-smoking room I was assigned to had a horrible tobacco smell. The smell was impregnated so bad the moment you came in it fell very strong

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. A bit run down and not in a terribly nice area. Air conditioning was useless which led to a very comfortable stay. Booked terrace room but couldn’t use it due to mosquitoes. On the up side, the barman was very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was nice. Would not stay again.

A little out of the mainstream city, probably more suited for business travelers. Clean no fuss at a very good price ! Would recommend if you don’t want to be in the busy city center !
