From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. A special mention to José, who greeted us so warmly at the door and made us feel instantly welcome. David impressed us with his exceptional cocktail skills in the lounge, and César’s charisma and friendly service on the rooftop made the experience unforgettable—especially with the breathtaking views of the Sagrada Família. There was a small hiccup upon arrival, as we waited about 15 minutes at check-in without acknowledgment from one staff member who left without greeting us. Fortunately, another team member soon assisted us, and from that point onward, the service was flawless. The room was comfortable, but the shower could benefit from some attention—specifically, repairing the broken soap holder and ensuring a more thorough cleaning. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere, fantastic hospitality from most of the team, and an unbeatable rooftop experience. With a little extra care to the facilities and a smoother check-in process, it would be truly perfect.

While the hotel is very nice and close to Sagrada, the area around is not what you’d expect for such a cute hotel. Not a place I’d want to walk around at night. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Initially we tried to check in early, understandably the room was not available but one of our other rooms was. Man at check in seemed to be bothered to be doing his job. When I later checked in for other room the woman was totally opposite, super friendly and gave me so much more information.

The rooftop pool and family-friendly bar provided a lovely way to wind down after daily touring activities. The Sagrada Família was located several short blocks ago. It was a lovely backdrop to our rooftop relaxing. Thursday nights the rooftop bar offers a talented jazz songstress. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Most museums were a quick cab ride away. Taxis were always available—parking in front of the hotel. We loved our stay.

Great to be close within walking distance of Sagrada Familia. Trafffic getting in the vaccinity might be a bit high since it is a very congested part of Barcelona, nonetheless it is well worth it since the hotel is just beautiful. It also has a great top floor with view to Sagrada Familia and a pool in which you just can enjoy the city views
