Pros: Exceptionnel rooftop view! Wow! Very clean and the cleaning staff were very kind, thorough and efficient. Surrounding area was perfect. The Mall was a walk away and hotel was located to several main attractions. Walkable to other attractions. Cabs were very easy to catch. They were parked directly in front of the hotel. I also loved that the bus stop to catch public transit and the city tour buses were all just a very walk away. Cons: The front desk staff could have been more warm and welcoming to guests. A few other staff seemed a bit unpleasant as well. Having to access the gym/sauna from outdoors, meaning no direct access to enter by staying inside the hotel was a poor design/construction on the hotels part. There should also be a more efficient way to access the gym/sauna as a guest. Very inconvenient having to get a separate key from reception and booked time slot to enter. All guests should be able to enter the facilities with just their room key. People go on vacation to relax, and enjoy the amenities with ease. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered according to the portion sizes. Lastly, the shower/bathroom needs more than just a thin class door separating the beds from the bathroom. No privacy at all which can make sharing a room quite uncomfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would never book a room to share solely because of the poorly designed bathroom. All bathrooms should be sound proof at least.
