We requested 2 cribs for the room VERY long in advance but they told me they can give only 1 and they said we have extra bed in the room so we should be fine. They’re under 2 years old so I was scared if he will fall off the bed and couldn’t sleep at all. And AC didn’t work in the room so my kids were sweating bad at night and then requested the fans if they don’t have any rooms available to switch. We turn the fan on and DUST came off from the fan, whole room got dusty and it was rough to stay in that hotel with babies. The area is nice it’s just we definitely don’t recommend if you have more than one baby or don’t expect too much.

Great location, centered right in the middle of where everything can be found. From great dinning, to shopping, to exploring and so much more. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. And the property itself of very clean. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

On our first night we were woken up to a fire alarm which was accidently set by staff. No apologies or details were given. We had to find out from other guests what’s happening. There was no fire alarm going off in our room, we heard the noise from the hallway which was very faint. Overall bathroom felt old, it was uncomfortable to have a shower as water dripped everywhere. Staff was kind in most situations. The hotel looked stunning and excellent for photos.

Our First August stay was ultra nice. Again the young front desk Lady was Superb. (You know who she is). She has excellent customer service and people skills. She set the tone; and the nice spacious room and the never tiring Las Ramblas view, did the rest. Will definitely return. Convenient to Airport, Cruise Terminal, Shopping, Dining, Sights and People Watching. Bravo !
