The stay was nice. It’s near the water. However, they build me twice for the Barcelona tax which is €11 and after several emails they have refused to pay it back. I would never stay there again and I would not give them my Visa card if you plan to stay there. I have contacted my bank And they have confirmed that they charge me twice and we are appealing it. It seems very stupid for them to make a big fuss over €11.

Friendly staff- breakfast was so amazing- room was a little noisy coming from the party from across the street. Clean but could be better. TV at this time was not working but we didn't know until the maintenance worked knocked and let him self in our room with his keys. That was weird even though he was Friendly. Luckily my wife and i was just sitting on the bed with our clothes on and nothing yet was going down. 🙃 all and all i will stay in this hotel again because the workers are the best and breakfast was 👏 amazing.

La localización es excelente, cerca a la estación del tren. Muy limpio el hotel. Los empleados fueron muy amables. Lo único que no nos agradó fue el ruido que se escuchaba en todo momento. Mi cuarto estaba localizado en el piso 1 y todo lo que ocurría en el piso principal se escuchaba y en ocasiones el ruido nos despertaba.

Great staff, lovely hotel

The reception staff were friendly and vey helpful. The rest of the staff were equally helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very nice. If we were on a long get stay we would have eaten there. The hotel is central to all the historical sites. The metro was easy to use. We will definitely be returning!

The air conditioning was very poor, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. I went to the service desk several times and no one was there. Asked for ice and they had to let me use a bowl from the dining room. They had nothing to put it in. When I did talk to the front desk they were very nice and helped us with directions several times. Elevators were extremely small. Had to take our luggage up in separate trips.
