This is our third time staying at this resort. Obviously they do a good job because we keep coming back. Some areas in the room/bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Just minor things like mold starting to grow on the shower ceiling from the moisture and a bar of soap left behind from a previous customer. It was high up so housekeeping could easily miss it. Things happen. But overall we like this location. Especially being in the mountains. It fits the vibe we are always looking for. Thank you for our annual stay.

Room was spacious and clean, tv didn't receive all the channels even though it's cable tv, no cups in the room, the pool was nice and heated, there was a cute little jungle gym/park for the kids at off to the side (wish it was closer to the rest of the hotel's annemeties) but it was set behind the extra parking lots, so we didn't feel safe to stay out after dark with the kids due to poor lighting/visibility and distance from the hotel. Also, there are not many options around and you have to drive to get wherever you're going, but otherwise it is a nice hotel. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (2 queens).

The front desk staff are super nice and helpful. My daughter wanna use microwave to heat the instant noodles but they don’t have it in room so they bring a microwave to our room. Really thankful.

The hotel was beautiful walking in, and the front desk staff were so friendly. The room was outdated however, and the air conditioning didn’t work. They had a standing fan in the closet we used, but the room was very stuffy.

Room was spacious and clean . Very disappointed when we found out the bar/pub was not open on Mondays and Tuesday nights and restaurant permanently closed . We actually frequently go to Conway and this was our first stay here and we picked the hotel based on having a place to grab food and drinks without leaving the hotel at night. Hot tubs need cleaning. Fire pit area was nice

It’s a beautiful area. The property is very outdated. The hot tubs and pool need repair and serious cleaning. The staff were all very nice and the on-site restaurant served good food.

Great location and family friendly

Loved this location for traveling with kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tubs, sauna and arcade. Small playground available for younger kids. Nice pond walk across the road. Unfortunately tap house was closed on the nights we were there but kitchenette in the room made family meals easy. Overall great stay!

Nice location the pool was excellent. most of staff was very nice. I booked throurgh expedia and you could not choose joining rooms. We called the hotel and they said the rooms were joined togeher but when we got there they were on the same floor but not together your staff said they could not swith it because we booked through expedia. I didnt want to use expedia but everytime I called your hotel to book it went to answering machine

Front desk woman was rude. We left after 1 day basically slept on floor thought I booked king room got a Murphy bed for 600 night my tv in my car is almost bigger than in room stove falling apart. Very disappointing same chairs and couches by fireplace as when I used to come 20 plus years ago. Always one of my favorite places to come will never go again.
