This hotel was our worst hotel experience, possibly ever. It started with arriving to find out “we were already checked in”, since I obviously just arrived they sent someone to check the room while I confirm vehicle and Payment details only to find out that there really was already someone in our room. Glad they at least checked before we walked in to find someone in our room. They gave us a new room, but when we walked in the trash was full, the window was open, coffee pot and coffee cups were obviously used, hair all over the bathroom, tooth brush and toothpaste in the shower, room smelled like smoke so I am guessing that is why the window was open. When we went back to the desk, the agent was struggling to find another room available so we elected to leave and find a new hotel as between checkin shenanigans and room problems we had already wasted more than an hour. We were able to get our money back from the non-stay, but I wouldn’t consider that compensation for the nightmare that this ordeal created. Just glad other hotels were available with zero notice or it would have been an unexpected camping trip. We did contact the GM of the property, but they never bothered to return our call. Overall this property was a massive fail. Use them at your own risk. You have been warned.

My family came for just one night but I would definitely come again. We really liked the hot tub and heated pool. The room we got was good for the four of us; my parents, my brother, and myself.

The location was good, but the hotel itself was a let down. The room lacked basic things : there was NO socket to plug an USB, no extra bedding or towels. We were only given 2 coffee pods (one decaf) for 2 days. There was no housekeeping (unless we had to request it which we were not aware of). Lumpy pillows. So in the end, all these little things added up and made stay unpleasant. Also, there was too much food smell in hallways (I guess from everyone cooking in their rooms). The nicest area in a hotel was a bar and restaurant; looked recently renovated.

Bed was very uncomfortable Murphy bed. Ladybug issue in the room. There were tons of them on the walls. When we talked to the front desk they had someone come up and vacuum them off the walls. It had to happen every night.
