The hotel looks tired - rugs in hall are dirty - we stayed in room 310 bedding had stains on box spring- the hotel needs some facelifts- very disappointed that the on site restaurant was closed- the parking lot and walkways on the property were all ice - addressed my concerns with front desk staff - it’s a great location but needs some attention

The location was nice but the hotels restaurant was closed the whole trip making finding food options extremely tough and inconvenient. The hotel is almost TOO family friendly. Kids run up and down the halls all hours of the night with complete disregard for quiet hours. The hotel in general could use a facelift service wise and facility wise. No room refresh the entire 5 day trip and front desk not responsive at night when calling down for excessive noise. Floors have holes all over them, common area bathrooms gross. I will absolutely stay somewhere else on my next ski trip.

Rooms were clean, ski in/ski out was perfect for my teens who wanted to wake up and get on the slopes but I wanted to sleep in! The hot tub and sauna were so nice on those super chilly nights.

The outdoor heated pool is nice, and even has an extra hot heated jacuzzi which is great. Pool is open late until 10pm, so unique experience to swim outdoors after skiing. The hotel is right next to the Attitash Ski Mountain and has ski in and ski out, but since it's only end of Dec the trails leading back to the hotel were closed. It's less than a 5 min drive to Bear or Attitash peak. Restaurant in the hotel is temporarily closed, so you have to go out for food. There is no water in gym so bring your own bottled water. The morning coffee tea is lacking, the water for tea is tepid and not enough. The coffee was watered down on one of the days. There is pickleball in the conference rooms, but you need to book a reservation; I did not partake. If you're looking for an average hotel with a nice outdoor pool that is as close as possible to the ski resort, this is it. If you want more of a premium experience with food onsite, bellboys, etc, then this is not it.

Perfect stay. only complaint, a lot of unsupervised kids ( 8 - 12 years old or so) running along the frozen poolside, leaping and diving into the pool. Really annoying. Luckily I had the pool to myself the next morning.
