Excellent location! Nice pools. Good price for the area. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa and it was very nice! Some maintenance is needed on the property but overall it is a nice, budget friendly property that I would return to again.

The property does not look like the pictures. It needs a lot of updates. There is no beach on the property like the pictures show, rocks everywhere and no way to get down to the area of the “beach”. The staff were friendly, the pools were nice

This property needs a general renovation. It’s in a very good location but it has never upgrade in over 15 to 20 years. Staying for a night yes but to enjoy a vacation stay, NEVER

Some of the staff were super friendly, but only one lady at the front desk was welcoming every time. The rest of the staff either ignored us or were not pleasant to interact with. There were gentlemen in the courtyard that gave us fresh coconuts as they harvested them from the trees, they were the best experience we had. The Living Room in our Villa did not have an AC unit, so we had to rely on keeping our bedroom doors open to keep the area cool.

Maybe it should be considered to pull the guess together at least once weekly creating exposure for local talent.....

The hotel is in a very great location. Best tolits of restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The room was very clean and our towels were changed every day. The grocery on the compound was ideal and convenient. The lobby needs a makeover, it's the first impression you get of the hotel, and it's is just drab. The buildings on the property iss a bit dated and could also do with a face lift. Overall our stay was great, staff very helpful and friendly.

Took a little getting used to, but overall great

At first arrival we thought it was a little “rough”, but after seeing other places we could have stayed, this was a great place for the price. Best part was it was within walking distance of many restaurants, the Marriott resort and the “strip” (Caribbean beach with restaurants)… we will stay there again for the value.
