Property is ok but needs serious upgrades. The rooms look very worn out. Bed was lumpy and the floor could have been cleaner. Everything looked very spartan, almost like a prison cell. Value for the money was low.

This property is disgusting all around. The rooms are filthy and gross they spray freshener to try to hide the fact that it is just plain gross! I am surprised Expedia allows it in their site do not stay here!

The location was good for an easy off and back on the highway. The staff was friendly. The room was not very clean and when we pulled out the sofa bed there was a huge stain on the mattress, which was not the best quality to begin with. We could not find any bedding for it, so we requested bedding that never came. In the end that was fine because we decided not to use it, because it was gross. The music they pipe through the hotel was very loud and we could hear it in our room, which was annoying. The whole hotel is starting to look a little worn and could use an update. This was fine for the one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. If we come through the area again I probably would try one of the other hotels to see if it is better.

I've stayed many times at this location and I keep coming back. The new owners have made improvements and are keeping up the quality and customer service. I remain grateful for pet friendly rooms. My one issue is that each time I entered through one of the side doors it was propped open with a rock and this could be seen as a security issue. They provide room keys for each occupant with which guests can open these side doors and the main doors are always accessible. I would suggest they have these doors alarmed and have staff close them whenever they are propped open.

We had a suite for 2 queen size beds to accommodate our family of 5. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. Pull out sofa in the “living room” of the suite along with a Roku TV, desk and single sofa chair. The beds felt a little squeaky and I thought they were gonna collapse at one point from the sound of it moving (I’m under 250 lbs for reference lol) Only issue we had was the bathroom light/fan had dropped down and was hanging by its supports when we walked in. I let the front desk know so we wouldn’t be held responsible but it wasn’t a big issue for us to have it fixed for the one night we were staying. Overall great location in front of a Cracker Barrel and close to a lot of food options. Big hotel and the complimentary breakfast was a plus! Would definitely stay here again

Our family enjoyed the large pool! There was a big area to sit and relax too. We used both the texting and called down to the front with no answer for extra sheets. We ended up grabbing some ourselves from the linen closet. Rooms were nice and spacious. We did have empty beer cans that were left in a couple cupboards.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I am. The check in was quick and easy, and the guy at the front desk was funny. The floors in the lobby, elevator and breakfast area were quite sticky. When we went to our room to check it out we noticed that the safety latch on the door was broken. And weirdly, the tub plug was pushed in and it was half full of water from a drip. Good thing we were there to remedy that before it filled and flooded. The temperature in the room was set at 64 degrees. Brrrr. We left to get something to eat and send a message about the door. I got a message back that someone would contact me shortly, no one ever did. We proceeded to barricade the door with a chair so that we could sleep with no worries. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, but I did manage to get some sleep. Breakfast was fine. Typical breakfast food. Went back to our room to shower and get on the road, the body wash was empty. Now e good thing to mention is that the toilet paper was soft. Would not stay here again.
