Great check in when we arrive at 1130p. Room didn't have couch cushions. Had breakfast 830a. Guy working didn't care to make any more food so a lot was out. And there were still people coming in to eat. He had an attitude. Water pressure was light. Other than that it was okay for a fast sleep stop

Adequate parking pet accommodation was good we had no tv thought that was odd questioned it with front desk said could not get one put in while we where there tub backed up while taking a shower depending on how long one took water filled quickly up past ankles.continental breakfast great lots of variety.

Hotel Building is definitely needing maintenance. Outside chairs need new cushions.landscaping needs weeded- porch needs new paint. Downstairs main hallway (1st floor) needs new carpets. Room 151 needs a new ac unit as well as the bed needs leveling. I’m sure it was a very nice place at one time but it definitely needs attention.

Dirty.

Dirty. Floors haven't been mopped in a decade. Showers had mildew, room smelled like smoke, and fridge didn't work. Breakfast was disgusting.

The bedding was dirty and both beds squeaked loudly. The staff was very cooperative and tried to accommodate the situation. The floors had a slime feel to it and the reason for stopping the pool was closed. So overall poor experience. This was our thirs stay here also

Good staff terrible room

The staff were nice and friendly but the room wasn’t what we expected. When we walked in there was a strong mildew smell right away. The air conditioner was off, not really a big deal but it took a while to cool the hot room. There were crumbs on the floor and a bag of opened chips in the bedside table. In the bathroom the toilet handle sticks, making the water continuously run. There was also mold on the bottom of the wooden soap caddy. The most annoying issue was the cable, it was terrible and cut out constantly. As I said, friendly and helpful staff but the room was unsatisfactory and I’m not sure we will be back. We cleaned up the room and sterilized the moldy items so no one got sick.

Nice atmosphere and architecture... Cozy setting, rocking chairs on two front porches, cracker barrel behind even though hotel breakfast was good. Needs some touch-ups with paint, softer mattress And a little bit more cleanliness. The two pools were actually conjoined but one part is outside and the other part's inside. There was a problem that the bathrooms sewers in the pool area from the breakfast seating area and it was taken care of right away. The price was a little bit high and the place was a little bit farther away from the location that we were hoping to visit, but it was comfortable.

We’ve stayed here at least 10 times, but it’s going down hill fast. Bathroom seemed to be patched a few too many times but not properly fixed. Our coffee pot had not been dumped as the mold in the pot was growing. Breakfast was okay. We booked a suite to accommodate a grandchild that wanted to be in our room, but the pull out couch had WAY to many stains on the cushions…both sides to a point I said not to use it.

Stay away!!!

First room was musty smelling and damp, had stains on furniture and beds, walls were covered with stains and marks all over the place! We asked for another room and the second one was just a little better , at least it didnt smell as bad ,but still had marks all over the walls , the bed sheets were cleaned but still had what looked like blood stains on them! Bathroom had a plugged toilet when we arrived, I flushed it 5 or 6 times and it finally worked properly. Overall probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been in! The biggest surprise was finding that my vehicle was NOT broken into overnight!

The indoor pool is large and fun for the kids but the rooms smell bad like wet carpet or smoking. People in the front room talking on their phones instead of assisting customers.
