Secluded in the forest and nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful two-level vacation paradise has restful vistas, lots of outdoor space, boat dock on a placid lake, and access to the best mountain bike trails in the country! With four comfortable bedrooms plus an office with a convertible day bed; 3.5 baths; efficient and equipped kitchen & dining room, both with eating areas; extensive deck areas; pine shiplap ceilings, two fireplaces, laundry facilities, and an appealingly open floor plan but still private spaces when needed; this vacation space is everything you’re looking for! Located in the heart of the Back 40 Bike Trails, there are mountain biking trails all around. Bikes are safe in the enclosed garage when not in use. Swim when it's hot in the man-made lake, then play games, solve world problems, or just relax at the deck table with your compatriots, or around the firepit below on the ground level. Spend the evening - or early morning, or any time of day - enjoying the views of the lake, the wildlife, and the feeling of being lost in nature.
Cook on the grill, find one of the myriad restaurants in the area, or enjoy a picnic. Anything’s possible, and pleasant, at this delightful lake house home away from home!
NOTE: Please follow checkout instructions before departing; they’re in the guestbook on the counter, and very basic, but so helpful! Also, due to the frequency and expense of occurrence, there will be a base charge of $25 to return items left behind by guests. Please, check all rooms for personal belongings before you go! Thank you.
IMPORTANT: Because this home is in a quiet neighborhood on a winding road, parking on the road is NOT allowed. Vehicles are limited to what will fit in the property space - usually no more than 5. Gatherings of more than the maximum 14 registered guests are NOT allowed without express permission and arrangements with the owners. Please do not bring non-registered guests for gatherings here. Outdoor quiet is expected after 11 p.m. We love our neighbors and respect their needs and wishes, so we expect our guests to be kind to them as well. If we receive reports that these rules are not being followed, you will receive a call or text. A second contact may result in eviction without refund, so please don't make this happen! Enjoy your stay while being considerate of the residents, please.

House was clean and large enough for our group of 10 adults (2 families). Amenities were nice! Host was very easy to work with and great communication and response time. Lake access from house. Fished off dock, foosball table, park was close for pickleball and several golf courses in area. Short drive to Bentonville. Would book with this host again!

Great home for large groups! The home is close to town and bike trails. The kitchen (and grill) was more than adequate for large group cooking. The deck, patio and dock were all great after ride areas to hang out before or after the sun went down. Host was responsive and very friendly.

Our family of 14, representing three generations, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home offered ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably and was exceptionally well-stocked with supplies and amenities. The deck was a particular highlight, providing the perfect setting for both morning coffee and evening conversations. Carla proved to be an outstanding host, responding promptly and helpfully to any questions we had. We would be delighted to stay here again on a future visit, should the property be available.

We had a great time in Bella Vista and this place was perfect for our family. Great location; central to all our activities. The downstairs tv:game room was ideal for the younger folks to gather for late night card games and PlayStation (we brought our own) while we old folks could call it a night upstairsThe kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items for preparing meals. Plenty of hot water, towels, etc. in the 3 1/2 bathrooms. All the beds were very comfortable. This won’t be our last trip to beautiful Bella Vista.

Peaceful getaway

Impressed! This place had it all! Paddle boat, life jackets, towels!!! Minor cobwebs in doors leading to the back porch, but i bet we were first of the season to break in the place. Everything else was lovely. Everyone enjoyed their stay and their swims in the lake!

Great Place for a Group of MTB Friends

We stayed here during or semi-annual mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. Place was VERY nice and it fit our groups needs nicely with a large number of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful location and lots of space. Highly recommend it.

Girls Get Away

This was our third VRBO stay this year. While Karla was very responsive, the property itself was not on par with the other two properties we stayed at. The consumables (shower wash, tin foil, plastic wrap, kleenex, etc.) were not plentiful or supplied. The property is clean on the surface, but needs a deep clean. We could trace our fingers through the dust on the mantles, celing fans, and some window sills. The kitchen, which had many dishes, was not well appointed, i.e. there were not enough wine glasses for 5 people.

Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing

This property was great. It was easy to find and tucked away just enough to give an outdoorsy feel. The view of the lake was great as well. Highway access was easy, and neighboring cities are only a quick drive away.

Water and MTB Family here

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and beds for our large family. The access to the water was managable and the water was worth every step it took to walk down and up. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. The homeowners were easy to work with, communication was always quickly responded to and the home was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation

We had 12 people ages 4-65 for our family vacation. The house was big enough for all, with enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of table space for everyone. We loved swimming off the deck and exploring the area.

Baseball weekend in Arkansas!

Our baseball adventures brought us to Bella Vista for the Chad Wolff Classic. Our group was looking for a relaxing place to stay with some space for the kids and outdoor fun. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and enjoying the views from the deck. The amenities inside were just as nice. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cooking items. The sleeping areas were perfect for our large group. The bunks were great for the kids and the regular beds accommodated the adults. Everyone raved about the water pressure in the showers, and I have to agree, it was amazing! There were plenty of linens for our large group, as well! Overall our stay and experience with Tim and Karla was outstanding! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
