We’ve stayed here at this resort many times in the past, and being we’re from Canada. When we had arrived at 6 PM, we had asked for a late checkout and we were told that the front desk to Phone at 7:30 in the morning to check with them. That morning I had called front desk to ask for a late checkout and a lady named Lisa then proceeds to tell me that there will be a $20 charge for late checkout. I told her that no one had mentioned that the night before that there would be a charge……. We were very disappointed and left on time……. If that was really the case, the staff from the night before should have mentioned it to us.!

Only request is to move the smoking area - it’s horrible to have to walk by it and get smelly just trying to get to your restaurants & to the non-smoking area. Doesn’t make sense to make patrons walk through smoke to get to non-smoking. Thank you

The casino has a VERY small smoking area that could use improvement.. aside from that the service from casino and hotel was great the pizza was amazing and kid friendly.. I actually WON on this stay at the casino.. Overhaul a great 2 night 3 day stay..

Everything was fine. I was in the older South Tower, only real complaint was that the wall mount heat and cool unit does not shut off at all when it reached the set temperature. I did turn the fan down to low speed but I still found it noisy. Room was comfortable and clean
