We love staying at this hotel. All of the staff is so helpful and kind, especially Barbie and Susie! The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use some upgrades like new carpet, but it's always clean!

After check in we discovered that the door to the room AP was blocked open and when we’re going to use the refridge we discovered a half at sub sandwich, wet and soggy. The floor carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed. The front desk staff check with management. Tried to convince that the door and sandwich was a result of poor cleaning staff. They did rekey the room for safety concerns . Thus the poor rating on staff,

Wish the pool was a little warmer & the hot tub had the bubbles! Housekeeper was very friendly & helpful ....the back of the lawn had so much garbage throwed around that we couldn't enjoy it! But other then that it's a very friendly & quiete place to stay & we would stay again but let's get pool warmer!! Thank you!!! 😊😊 Grandkids had a blast!

It was a nice hotel just off interstate. Enjoyed a good breakfast. Our toilet was running continuously, told staff and they stated that all of them do that ??

Our room was REALLY dirty

When we arrived we noticed an inch of sawdust in the window slide and a quarter inch of dirt around the microwave area. We had the cleaning people come back in. Here are pictures after they re-cleaned. The lamp did not work and the fan was very noisy. The evening service desk man sat on his phone and was not very helpful.
