The room waa good for the price. They could use a deep cleaning (dust webs on bathroom vents, corners cleaned out, repair grout on tiles. And more important, replace at least one of the plastic chairs with a more comfortable upholstered one. Also, do not make guests walk through the lobby from the pool to their rooms.

This beds ate very comfortable. The end table and tv stand were dirty and had ketchup dried on them. Bathroom was clean. Showerhead in room 237 was odd and looked like it was from 1980s. Overall worth what we paid and slept well.

Disappointed with the misrepresentation of the Suite. Said there was a in room jacuzzi tub which was why we stopped. 12 hours on the road warrants a jacuzzi soak.

BEWARE!

My girlfriend had an early surgery. We chose this hotel expecting to be in a clean environment. I know you get what you pay for, but WOW! We experienced bedbugs, 3 couch sized pillows, noisy party all night long in the room right next to us, non functioning electrical and an unfinished bathroom with nothing more than luke warm water. Talked to the front desk and called front desk multiple times. Hotel has no management other than owners. Who are to busy to talk to you. Gas station worker said it’s shady establishment and that is making her words more appropriate.

Horrible!!

Do NOT waste your Money!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I checked into one room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. It wasn't vacuumed, or wiped down. I then asked the front desk (who was kind) for a room that was clean. The "clean" room was even dirtier!!!! Pictures below!! I returned to the front desk and asked for a cancelation of the room. She was apologetic and told me she had to wait for the manager to approve the refund. I then called the next day and they refused to let me speak to the manager and told.me that the owner "NEVER gives refunds"!!!! I'm apauled! I can't believe how much I spend for this hotel PLUS they charge $10 for their swimming pool with ONE slide!! Hoping my review will save ANYONE looking into this hotel! Don't do it!!

Room was smaller than advertised, making it very hard to move around. Shower/bath looked “dingy,” therefore we did not use. The toilet, sink and counter was dirty, there were housekeeping rags left on bathroom counter. Very loud hallways, there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs in our room, which caused us to be woken up very early by housekeeping. Will be finding a different place to stay next time.

Great family place

Guest services were nice. The pool area is fantastic. The kids swimming around were having a blast. We were comfortable. The pillows were small and awkward but that is just me.

Nice place.

The hotel was updated. I had expected much less since I got the room at a really good price. The bed was a king and it was comfortable. The shower was nice also. My only room complaint was that the refridgerator had been unplugged and there was mold on the inside so we did not plug it in to use. The breakfast was pretty good. We used the hot tub and sauna and they were fine. The smell of chlorine was nauseating though. Too much in the pool. You couldn't even see the bottom. Overall I would stay again.
