We had to ask for sheets for the sofa sleeper. Then another customer & mys lf had to ask for them to refill the breakfast foods. The ice box was broken & the milk was warm. Another ladies had to get the coffee pot for there was coffee. Also had to ask for extra towels & was treated like we were going to steal the sheets & towels. Weed smell outside & in the halls.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Bed was not that comfortable. Air conditioner was loud and didn’t seem to work too well. Shower and sink in bathroom didn’t drain well. It’s definitely an older building that could use some work. Overall it was okay for a one night trip, but will likely not stay again.

The staff was nice and helpful. Power went out in the middle of the night. The elevator was out of order for the day. The whole place could use a really good deep cleaning.

The room was very clean - I was a bit disappointed that there was not a television in the sitting room area, but the one in the bedroom was fine. Sad that there was only enough coffee in the room for 1 cup each of regular and decaf but there was a Circle K near, so I got coffee each day there.
