Room was not turned down had to ask for another room .. there were trim pieces missing in the bathroom the shower door wouldnt shut so water leaked all over the bathroom floor. There was an alarm going off till about 4am.

Check in was ok until I received an alert from my credit card company that instead being charged $165, I was charged $203.30. I was not at the hotel at the time I received the notification. So I reached out to you hotels.com via texting. I was texting with Mohammad. He asked for a copy of the receipt at check in. I was not provided one, the notification was from my credit card. He asked me to take a screenshot which I did but I couldn’t figure out how to up load it. Mohammad put me on hold and called the hotel. When he came back to the text stream he said the hotel said they charged me because I used their valet parking. Valet parking, I didn’t use this service. I told him I was very upset. When I returned to the hotel the woman who checked me in was there. I told her you over charged me $50 for valet parking. She said she spoke with Mohammad and told him the additional charge was for incidentals. I said to the woman you never mentioned this charge to me, she said she normally would but she forgot and the fact that I booked through a 3rd party this happens. I showed her what Mohammad had said and she said we don’t even have valet parking. I don’t like being lied to and in my opinion Mahammad did just that. That’s on your company. As for the woman at check in she should have mentioned this to me. I have never been charged this fee so I wasn’t aware of it. But she should have shown me a receipt at check in. Tru is ok, but Truly I’m not with Hilton

Comfy beds and nice breakfast. Fire alarm went off in am and we were outside for quite some time. When I asked what happened the front desk staff said I have no idea.

The staff member who checked me in was fantastic so I had high hopes for this hotel. The room was clean and decent, but wasn’t as spacious as it seemed in pics and the bed was so uncomfortable we barely slept. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent to stay.
