We stay here because of the pet friendly add on. Our pets are always welcome and that is a very big deal for us. I also feel the pet fee is fair. Because of this I am always booking no matter where we are with your company! We changed over to your company because of the kind pet welcome!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The was pretty standard. The common areas were not the great. Lots of stain carpet in the lobby and halls. Peeling paint in a fre areas ass well. My stay was just okay.

They charged my account an $100 deposit for damages. Went to get a receipt for the deposit and couldn’t get one. They did say it has already been refunded and I asked how could it have been refunded and they never looked at the room? . It has been charge out of my account. They said the refund should be refunded in 2-3 business days. I have no proof except my bank account. I will not be staying at this hotel again . I have stated at La Quinta hotels before and never been charged this fee.

We stayed here over night on our way to Destin. The doors are so heavy and are extremely loud. All night long all you could hear doors slamming. There were also roaches! Granddaughter had bites on her leg the next morning. Didn’t notice bed bugs. It could have been a spider??? The room was clean and beds were comfortable, but i would not stay here again. Sorry….

My stay here was good! Staff at the front desk was nice and helped me when I added another day to my stay. One thing I will say is, I didn’t get clean towels until my last day of my stay
