The bed was supra interesting and by that I mean it was so relaxing! The breakfast was interesting too, they had something different both days I stayed there. When I checked in they were nice and friendly. When I made coffee my coffee maker was broke and they fixed it right away. The room was clean and the pool was so great it was worth it and more. Thank you to the hotel. I am so happy I took an adventure out.

The place was cute but the breakfast was aweful. I wouldnt give it a dog..burned sausage overcooked hard boil eggs. For spending close to 400 for a room during an IU game it should be better.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The property was in poor condition. The hot tub, pool, and surrounding areas were visibly dirty, and the carpets in the hallways were stained and unkept. Inside the room, we found mold on the shower curtain, mouse droppings on the bathroom floor, handprints on the headboard, and dead bugs in the drawers. Even worse, there were cockroaches in the bedside drawers and what appeared to be dirt or insect feces behind the bed. We were offered a 25% discount for the inconvenience, but it was never applied to our account. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience and I would not recommend staying here ever.

Pros: Quiet, price reasonable. Pool amd hot tub - did not try either, breakfast Cons: No hot water for showers . Lukewarm water at best. Location is not comvenient, u turn to go back towards IU. Stinks during traffic. Musty damp smell in hotel. No elevators but only 2 floors. Meh breakfast.

Worst Hotel Ever

The worst hotel experiences I have ever had. So-Called "hot" breakfast was stone cold. Coffee was disgusting. And those were the good points. When toilet backed up and I called to the front desk there was no answer, even after repeated calls. Went down to find the front desk clerk asleep at his computer. Woke him and explained the situation, to which he angrily replied, "that's not my problem." I explained that, in fact, it is his problem so he stormed off and came back several minutes later with a plunger that he handed to me. I asked how I was supposed to deal with the water on the floor and he responded, "I'm not leaning it up." I demanded he call his manager who was able to get another person who works there to help--and he was very helpful. But this was a truly horrid experience and I cannot believe anyone would put this person as their front desk clerk.

This was absolutely the filthiest, most depressing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The smell in the hallways and room actually made my eyes water it was so disgusting. Everything had a layer of grime and filth. I’m shocked we didn’t get bed bugs honestly. The breakfast was pathetically bad - the waffle maker didn’t work, the juice machine was broken, the hardboiled eggs were moldy, there was no milk, no syrup. I mean literally there was just nothing but moldy nasty food and broken appliances. Seriously - do not stay here, it is beyond terrible.

This property was very dirty. From the lobby to the room. My feet were black from the floor in the room . The pool was very cloudy and run down. There was an odd smell that lingered. There was very little breakfast options and the eggs looked dried out. The air conditioning keep the room moist upon leaving our clothes were damp.

Had a reservation via Expedia. Received confirmation number from Expedia and Quality Inn. I show up at the front desk to be told my reservation had be cancelled. Could not tell me by who, just asked me to call expedia. Called expedia customer service and they could not understand why the hotel cancelled the reservation. They were on the line with the hotel for 45 minutes, they could not explain to Expedia why they cancelled it, but they accepted no responsibility. Worst part was there was no room available for more than 30 miles away. I went to Indianapolis and spend the night. Stay away from places like that. FYI: Because it was a last minute reservation the rate was $590 for one night? That place is a dumpster, but had no choice. Thankfully they will refund the money.

The desk staff wasnt super friendly. The fridge or something around the tv made tons of noise all night. You could hear the foot steps from up stairs loudly. The patio was gross. We booked the hotel mainly because it had a "working" pool and hot tub The pool was freezing and had a smell The hot tub edges were gross and you couldnt see at all and the steps were horrible and we almost fell in. Overall very upset with our stay.
