On check-in, front desk worker not dressed very professional nor very friendly. Front desk did not have change for laundry. Stained ceilings in room. Bottom of bathroom door in poor shape. Curved shower rod was bent down causing shower curtain to not close fully on ends. Fruit flies in room. Garbage outside on grass out of room patio door. Hallway carpet dirty looking. No elevator. Linens were clean, though and bed was comfortable.

Would have gave 5 stars but there was a god awful smell coming from the mini fridge. Hated that. Opened the balcony door for an hour or two to try and clear it out, but it persisted. Other than that the stay was solid. I’m in a hotel multiple times every week all over the country and only ever review if I have a complaint worthy enough to say something, or the stay was exceptionally great. The pillows were perfect, the bed was soft, shower was good, balcony is a nice touch. Other than the smell radiating from the mini fridge the room was nice. Thanks

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. It was working but was making a ver loud noise because there either wasn’t enough water or too much. The room was clean. The tv was very small. Breakfast was really good.

I stay here often. Always clean and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is an older establishment but is in good repair. I've seen a lot of grumbling on other reviews of the cost of a room during graduation weekend. The higher cost has nothing to do with staff and yes you are going to pay a premium cost for a room during grad weekend or little 5 week and thats just simple supply and demand. There were 20k students that graduated this last graduation in 2025. There are not enough rooms/air bnbs in a 50 mile area for all the families that want to attend. If the prices are gross blame the city for not doing more to land more hotels ease the strain. Also if you know your family member is going to graduate in 2026 and you want a cheap room book it now because even if you think you are ok and you'll get a cheap room at a 2 star in January you are already too late.

After our 1 day stay I reported the room I was in and especially the pool and hot tub to the Indiana State Department of Health. There is no way the hot tub would pass a health inspection. No towels in the pool area. You must take the towel from your room? Even the desk attendant was unkept and inattentive. This hotel might be ok for local construction workers but not for tourist or visitors. More than one person outside smoking pot which make the property smell like pot. By all means never take a child to the facility. Spend a little extra and get a safe clean hotel. Especially if you are with your wife and children.

We canceled the room immediately after entering and looking around. Counter tops sticky and dirty. Linens stained with bodily fluids. Signs of bedbugs on the sheets and mattresses. Pool had a film on it and hot tub had brown murky water. Front desk was rude on entering and leaving. Would not refund our stay and currently dealing with both expedia and quality inn on getting a refund.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very warm and inviting and delicious. I had to inform the front desk that there was no shampoo in the shower and I found a small screw in the bottom of the tub n there was a problem with the toilet running constantly. I noticed there were mildew stains at the bottom of the shower curtain. I had stayed for 2 nights and upon getting to my room the second night I noticed the bed was not made the towels were not freshened n the trash was not taken out. It was just disappointing getting to my room after a long day out n wanting to jump into a freshly made bed and it wasn’t done

Our room was not clean. One of the beds had multiple stains on the comforter and a hole from probably a cigarette. One pillow case was stained. There was a huge red/ brown stain on the mattress showing through the fitted sheet. The bed skirt had several spots of a thick brown substance on it. It looked absolutely filthy! There were a couple small pieces of glass on the floor beside the bed and the wall and a brown/red stain too. The whole floor left the bottom of our socks dirty. The curtain had rips in it. Our room also had an old stale smell. The hotel in general appears old. The hallways are very dingy and dark with dirty carpet and a stale smell. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast - it was nice to have waffles! We would never stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone!
