Trato desagradable y cobros abusivos

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Para empezar, el personal no es nada amable, lo que hace que la estancia sea incómoda desde el primer momento. Además, las instalaciones están deterioradas y se sienten antiguas, lo cual no corresponde en absoluto con la categoría de 5 estrellas que dicen tener. Lo peor de todo fue un cobro abusivo de 40 USD por permitir la visita de una amiga, quien ni siquiera iba a pernoctar ni usar las instalaciones. No solo me pareció un cargo excesivo, sino que en ningún lugar del hotel, ni en la app, ni en sus términos y condiciones, se menciona esta política. Es el único hotel en el que me han impuesto una tarifa de este tipo sin previo aviso. En definitiva, no recomendaría este hotel. Mala atención, instalaciones descuidadas y prácticas abusivas. Hay muchas mejores opciones y a mejor precio. Nada recomendable.

En General el servicio es excelente, se debería colocar un poco de atención a la limpieza de las alfombras en la habitación; fuera del punto antes mencionado todo muy bien, se recomienda adicionalmente. revisar los servicios en el app, la peluquería por ejemplo se publica, pero no se ofrece.
