The employees were nice and friendly. Breakfast was poor with only two types of cereal, bagels or toast available. Coffee was low or empty most mornings. The carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy and stained and the carpeting in our room was torn and shredded. At least the linins were clean.

The carpet was really dirty and you can just tell the room needs maintenance also I call the front desk because we need it a crib they never answer the phone until I when downstairs and the guy had me bring the crib up to my room we are paying is not a free stay .

Potential guests should be told that the hotel also is a "section 8" residence. The interior is not maintained or cleaned regularly. Never again will we stay at ANY La Quinta

We booked a room with a sofabed but when we checked in it was missing. The front desk staff was very accomodating and brought us a sofabed from another room. The sofabed was very broken. The biggest issue was the wifi, it was unuseable. Once logged into the wifi we were unable to access the internet from any devices. We were located on the first floor very near to the lobby, so I imagine we were close to the router. We could not access any streaming services via the tv or any devices, i could not even access google from my laptop.

The hotel was filthy. The common areas we stained, dirty, dog food, and trash in the hallways. The rooms were smelly, had no phones, the toilet had been chewed by a dog. Staff we polite but not helpful jsut saying there was nothing they could do.

The bed was horrible. The shower was either cold or scalding hot and the rooms carpet was almost gone. Breakfast was not like it used to be no eggs or waffle machine! Gone.

Cleaned room on short request. One negative...when I went to take shower for first time, there was no soap in the dispenser. Perhaps folks should check that as part of room cleanup. Other than that stay was great.

Room was run down telephone didn’t work and no one fixed it. Secon room had no phone at all and tv didn’t work at check in. Smell of pot in hallway and breakfast area. Third room stains around entry door and ripped wallpaper

It was my first time staying at La Quinta and I was very disappointed of the room quality was dirty outdated the rug have rips in it. There was a recliner chair with dirty stains on it, like they picked it up from a dumpster the wallpaper had stuff growing on it. Quite honest I don’t know why is being listed as a 3 star hotel!?? Also I have to go to the desk and ask for new keys multiple times cause they stoped working. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been. Also when I booked this it was advertised per $92 a night however after reviewing my bill I realized I was charged $167 for Saturday and $175 for Sunday which make matters worse because for that kind of $ I would’ve stay in a real 3 star hotel

Room carpets torn and patchy with visual wires behind bed and under was dirty , room offerings next to nothing, both outside and interior of hotel looked very out dated. For the price they were charging close to 200.00 plus a 100.00 room deposit for a sigle night stay . This has been my 3rd stay at this location over the past 4 years i can only say declining . At very best this hotel should only be charging 79.00 to to 100.00 max for per night for weeend rates i would only go again if in desparation and nothing eles was available

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the hot water urn in the coffee station for people who drink tea tasted like coffee, like they are cleaned and washed, but then are filled with either coffee or tea, and when that happens the taste of coffee still remains in the urn. That taste comes out in the hot water and basically ruins the flavor of the tea making it basically undrinkable. There should be a designated urn for hot water only, and they should not be interchanged.
