Nice property, clean and accessible. We stayed 5 nights and the Jacuzzi was taped off and down for maintenance but no one was ever seen working on it. Maid service was terrible, the room was halfway serviced one day, no service (when requested) on another. Some of the customer-facing staff had face piercings which can be a put off. Another front desk employee appeared to have mental problems. It was just a perplexing stay, but as mentioned, the physical property was very nice.

The property was very clean and had very responsive staff. The pool was nice and clean as well, and we loved that it was open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was fairly good, just wished it served bacon. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay

A good value; the suite was spacious

This LaQuinta was really good, especially for the price. We loved the spacious King Suite that had a full size fridge and a kitchenette with sink and some dishes. Was perfect for us as we have to carry special food with us. Some of the furnishings were just OK, but the service was very good. Nice greeting from the front desk. The breakfast was not great. Healthy offerings were very limited. Offerings in general limited. Coffee very drinkable.

The coffee maker in the room was broken. We asked the front desk for a new one and never got one, at least there was coffee in the breakfast area. We stayed 4 nights, housekeeping never knocked or came by to clean, give fresh towels or toilet paper. I went to the front desk once for toilet paper, texted them another time to ask for towels and they brought up the towels after housekeeping didn’t respond to the request. Front desk staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet especially considering we were next to the elevator we never heard it. The hot tub was broken, which would have been nice after a long day of driving.

We stayed here over a busy weekend when a high school football team was staying on our floor. Despite that, it was quiet and there was enough breakfast for us and a couple dozen growing teenage boys. It was an average continental breakfast, nothing fancy or overly delicious. The hotel is definitely dated, the fan was dusty water pressure was mid, and there wasn’t a door to separate our separate room from the main room where our kids slept. I didn’t use the gym but it looked bigger than most hotel gyms I’ve seen. The pool was clean but rusted and built up with calcium in some areas of the deck. The hot tub was closed for repairs.

I recently dropped off my child for college and chose La Quinta based on my past positive experiences at other properties, but this stay was disappointing. We had a one-bedroom suite with a pull-out couch, but it lacked extra bedding. The carpet was stained, the bathroom had mildew in the corners and on the ceiling, and the wallpaper was peeling. Additionally, the window tracks were broken, and the carpet was pulling away from the door. The hallway downstairs hadn’t been vacuumed, the keys reset after 1 day because someone hadn’t put in when we were leaving. To top it off, there were several people smoking near the doorways. I was hoping to find a place I could return to multiple times a year while visiting my child and friends, but this experience has made me reconsider.
