We love the location for when we go to concerts at the Botanical Gardens. It's clean, rooms are a good space, breakfast has choices, the patio & pool area are nice. Also they are dog friendly

Some clothing that was left behind in the room closet ‘mysteriously’ was never found. The housekeeping manager said he’d check and call back, but he didn’t. When he was contacted again, the reply was well nothing was found, bye.

Don’t do it

Curtains were ripped and hanging when we entered the room. Floor was noticeably dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed/mopped. There were boogers smeared on the walls in multiple places.
