Dear Guest, Thank you for your time to bring to our attention this review and complaint. The resort does not offer 24 hour room and restaurant service for meals. Our restaurant closes at 10PM and last order for the kitchen is at 9PM. This is clearly stated in our booking policy as well as notices posted on each room. It would have been appreciated if food orders be placed before 9PM before the closing of the kitchen. Our apologies if the same has not been explained to you if you have failed to read our notices about this matter. We will take note of this in the reception and would from now on advise each checking in guest. Regarding the reception, notices have also been posted at the reception and in every room that reception and lobby shall only be open from 7:00 AM until 7:30 PM. However, we have a guard on duty as well as night shift staff who can assist you on your needs at night til the morning. I am hoping that we have clarified our position on the matters of your complaint. Thank you.
