Good location, easy to walk into downtown Boone. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was the bathroom fan sounding like a jackhammer.

I have never gone wrong with this brand and they welcome your fur babies. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great! Coffee 24-7. They were helpful with directions, would have stayed longer if I could and wish Boone was closer to me in Georgia, what a gem! Room was spotless and they texted me to offer any help during my stay. Awesome stay!!!!!!!!

This hotel and the room are very clean and very nice hotel. They have four electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot that work perfectly free to plug into as long as you're staying here.

The staff was great, room was clean, just wish breakfast was more enjoyable. Had 1/2 cup of coffee and hoped for a refill but it was took away. Several guests came after me and no coffee available. Yogurt and other cooled items were not refilled, food was put away, guests still arrived for breakfast. Disappointing.
