Great welcome from Constance, who was able to keep my surprise for my husband's birthday. Friendly staff. Could have star rated everything to 5 , but did not get my turn down on any night as l had requested. Same breakfast buffet, except the fruits. Excursions cheaper if you book directly with the companies that provide the services as hotels add their commission.

The staff and location are amazing. Very kind and hardworking people. The beaches were beautiful at the hotel. The bed in our bungalow was awful. There is a bar that runs up the middle of the bed and my back pain was excruciating all trip.

The staff are very friendly and nice, giving you a special comfort. They are doing their best to make every guest feel special. The hotel itself is very clean and comfy. But as I said, the staff are the ones that make you feel special from the very moment you step into the hotel grounds.

The property, rooms, beach all beautiful and peaceful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. My only disappointment was the restaurant food. For a 5 star resort the food was mediocre (at best).
