There was no towel when we arrived. The bathroom rag was soooooo dirty. We took off our shoes when we entered our room and after few minutes our feet was so black dirty and you can feel the dust on the floor. The safety box was rusted, needs manual key and barely works. And oh, this hotel is very near the beach but they DONโ€™T PROVIDE SHAMPOO.

Convenient to beach, but not too noisy

Convenient location near beach, but far enough north to avoid noisiest part of station 2. Nice pool. Bed kind of hard, not much water pressure. Seemed expensive for 3-star quality -- we paid USD80 for 3rd floor (no elevator) and then moved to a poolside room for USD120. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Included basic, but adequate Asian-style breakfast. Seems to cater mostly to Koreans, but it worked well for us.

Real Maris is Ok.

This hotel might not be the best pick for some Westerners. Real Maris caters to Korean families and all the food is Korean oriented. There are plenty of other meal selections in the area. The Room was spacious, with a bath tub and full shower. All rooms have balconies, which came in handy for us because the room WiFi didn't work. Access to the beach is direct, but finding stores or transportation on the various back streets requires walking a short distance along a maze like pathway.
