Breakfast and staff were excellent, but a water pipe ended up bursting when we were on our way to get breakfast and our socks got wet. Water was everywhere couldn’t take a shower couldn’t flush the toilet and Expedia needed to stay updated with their amenities because I thought the pool was open since it said it was on The Expedia app but then when I got there, the pool was closed down so it was kind of upsetting to see my daughter sad about not being able to go swimming

Another great stay at the Courtyard!

Overall, this is one of our favorite hotels to stay when we’re visiting the area. I love that it’s only two floors and you have the possibility to get a room with a balcony. We stayed a little bit longer at this trip and I noticed that they seem to have a lot of things out of stock when I went down to the front desk. For instance, I wanted to use the guest laundry services so I went down to the front desk and they did not have any laundry detergent so I had to make a special trip to the local grocery store and ended up having to buy two large of a quantity for the one load that I needed. Again, not a huge deal, but the hotel was not full, so not sure why they’re not getting restocked. The second was in regards to their pantry grocery area by the front entryway. I was told they sold wine and beer however, for the several nights we were there they were sold out of everything. Again, not a huge deal, but the bistro is a bit expensive if you’re looking at just having a beverage in your room again, not a huge deal. Just not sure why this hotel is not getting restocked on their supplies.

I had to change rooms 3 times. Noisy neighbors and loud music playing at 1am. Entrance and building smelled of heavy marijuana. 2 rooms didn't have working locks, including the room I ended up staying in but I was tired and didn't want to move a 4th time. Towels were stained, Pillows were wrinkly and looked used. The entire building and rooms smelled of mildew/mold. Bathtub kept filling up while showering. No lotion. First receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the one who answered at 1am seemed bothered to have to assist. Not a great experience.

Untrained staff not familiar with Hotels.com

I booked on Hotels.com. Front desk agent did not understand pre-authorization & trued to double authorize charges. Was not given free water on arruval as a Bonvoy member. I had to ask about check out time and if there was a breakfast. Staff needs training. Even a 2nd make employee was confused on how to check me out. I worked 15 years in a hotel, checkout should take 2 minutes. The night auditor posts charges and bills cc. All you do is turn in keys and get a printed receipt.

Disgusting hotel- lucky my son had his inhaler

Asked for more pillows- got them. Should have inspected them before putting them on the bed. My son woke up in the middle of the night with his asthma acting up. He took his albuterol and went back to bed. The next morning we’re moving bedding to make sure we have everything. The pillowcase was covered in mold!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Wanted to tell someone at the front desk at checkout but no one was working the front desk!!! A woman from the cafe came over and told me she couldn’t print me a receipt or anything and no one was working that could.

Excellent Stay! Highly Recommend I recently stayed at Courtyard Boston Norwood, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Was told parking wasn't included even though it was inlcuded per booking. Lady at check in didn't believe me and said they never had that as an option through Expedia. Had to open up the app to prove it. Server did a no call, no show so they didn't have breakfast available. They didn't even have coffee set up in the lobby.
