My family and I have stayed here before and have had a great experience. However our last experience July 18 through the 20 wasn’t so great. On our first night when we were got back to our room it was full of weed, pot coming through our bedroom vent and travel throughout our suite. We notified the staff and they gave us a can of glade spray and said they were go up and take care of it. However the next minute we all woke up with severe headaches and sore throats. Will reconsider staying again

We stayed in the two-bedroom suite with a fireplace which can accommodate up to six people because the couch is extendable. In our opinion, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was well stocked with good food choice options. Despite the parking lot being full which showed that the hotel was close to/or at capacity, there was never a line at the elevators or at the breakfast area. Our room was clean, the common areas were clean and it's within a short driving distance to multiple shopping centers. Social pet friendly and didn't stink like pets and staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if we had to come to the area.

The main problem was the seedy people, including management this hotel. The locals were really slimy. Normally one cuts their waffles before eating them. These Trumpers picked up the whole waffle and gnawed pieces off of it. They then left a huge mess on the table for the staff to clean-up. There were a lot of foreign engineers there eating, and they were all well behaved and polite. Yes, make AmericaGreat again by promoting the bubbas

Very convenient location, taking bus to Boston and Woburn terminal is right next door. Room was spacious and did not hear any noise of traffic or other rooms. Staff at check in were super friendly and welcoming.

A Wonderful Stay – A True Home Away from Home

We spent three wonderful weeks at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Woburn, Boston, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stovetop, full-sized fridge, and dishwasher – perfect for a longer stay. Each morning, we enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options including the popular make-your-own waffles. The rotating menu kept things interesting, and the fresh coffee was a daily highlight. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Sam Valentine at the front desk for his friendly and helpful service, Chuck the valet driver for his warm welcome and reliability, and Michael Bisonette, the manager, for overseeing such a well-run hotel. We will definitely return the next time we’re in Boston and plan to choose Residence Inns in other parts of the USA too. It’s just a pity we don’t have hotels like this back in the UK. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
