Staff was nice. Room condition was poor. Walls were dirty. Bathroom sink was severely scratched. The place is in major need of a remodel. There were a lot of sketchy people hanging out around the back of hotel.

I returned to the property for a second night, having checked in a bit earlier, which meant I encountered a different staff member. The gentleman who checked me in was exceedingly rude. He regarded me with a judgmental expression that I found not only unprofessional but also quite strange. When I handed him my passport as identification—identical to the one I presented to the young lady during my check-in the previous night—he responded with a barrage of questions: where I was from, what my address was, and so on. This treatment was unacceptable, especially since I had already checked in the night before without any issues. All my details were submitted online, including my credit card information, and I had provided the same to the previous clerk. His skepticism made me feel as though he thought I had stolen something. To make matters worse, he assigned me what could only be described as the worst room in the hotel. Located on the first floor next to an exit door, it reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. This room featured an awkward kitchen area, in stark contrast to the nice, clean room I had on the third floor. The condition of this room was appalling; it appeared to have been neglected and dirty. I found dust covering the desk, forcing me to wipe it down before I could work in the morning. Additionally, the chair was in tatters, clearly damaged as if a dog had gnawed on it. Overall, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience.

This was my first visit to the hotel, and I was impressed. Check-in was straightforward, and the representative assigned me a fantastic room on the third floor. I truly appreciated how seamless my experience was, and her professionalism made a lasting impression. I will definitely be staying here again, and I’ll be requesting room 320 on the third floor.

Kristin was very helpful. I was able to get in the room selected on EXPEDIA upon my arrival. The entire area was quiet, the room was visibly clean. Appliances for washing & drying your laundry are great to have on site; (appliances appear brand new). I enjoyed my stay.
