Room was odd. Several plug-in wouldn't work. Room only had ceiling lights no lamps. Upon entry the room was freezing. I turned the heater on but there wasn't a timer so i had to get up and down to shut it off. The one wall was a huge mirror the entire wall a mirror. The breakfast was extremely limited as far as choices.

The desk clerk was rude to the point that my son called her out on it. When I approached the counter to check in, I went to one side of the counter. Apparently the wrong side. She slapped the counter top and said “over here”. Couple other unpleasant actions as well.
