Luxury Condo with Heated Pool!

This is a beautiful condo with 2-bedroom and 2-bathrooms is conveniently located in the Bradenton Beach community.

There is a master suite complete with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and full attached bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen is equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an expansive breakfast bar with seating for six. The living room area has comfortable couches and chairs with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the patio. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which includes toilet, twin basin sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a twin sized day bed in the den for guests. A private elevator takes guests directly to the condo. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in a hallway closet to keep them out of the way and save space.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

With a small heated pool and covered patio, this property offers plenty of space and plenty of sun loungers to worship the sun.

Our stay was amazing! The VRBO was very clean and real close to what they said it would be. The location was perfect; you were only a couple of blocks from Bridge Street and a block from the ocean. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

So VRBO had actually canceled my prior reservation about two weeks before I wanted to stay in Ana Maria originally however when the cancellation came through for some unknown reason, I was told that I could find another location. The only areas available were one in Holmes Beach and a couple in Bradenton so I found this lovely house in Bradenton and the reviews were amazing and when we got to the house, it was just as expected and better. Everything was clean to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the location being close to the shops, the beach and other amenities, it was perfect walking distance to everything. We didn’t even need to use the car we rented a bike to go food shopping, and other than that communication was perfectly on spot in fact I would choose this house and location over any other in the future beautiful house. Thank you for sharing my family and friends and I will be back!!!

Everything was great until we discovered that the condo did not overlook the water or the pool as is shown in the picture. The condo is behind the one shown in the picture. The balcony overlooks a street. We picked the particular condo for the water view. Other than that, it was very clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The condo is very nice and the rooms were clean. The location is great! It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The elevator was not working, but we knew that ahead of time. However, the repairmen surprised us when they were in the garage working on the elevator. It would have been nice to have been told they would be there to work on it.

Spring break family trip

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the beach and trail for walking, biking, and running. It’s also just a short walk to Bridge Street, restaurants, and the fishing pier.

Great location

I really liked this condo as it was close to beach and bridge street. With the spring break traffic it is best to walk as much as possible. Usually the area isn’t as busy however still we had no issues getting into restaurants or long waits. The only other issue with this unit is another unit is above it and you can hear the footsteps easily. This would not prevent me from coming back as I don’t spend that much time inside.

Spring Training and the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice sized unit in an awesome location. Close to the beach, Bridge Street and a short walk to a free pickleball court. Also a manageable drive to the baseball fields in Bradenton and Sarasota. We will definitely stay here next spring if it is available.
