Hot breakfast with lots of variety, very good. The beds were comfortable. Cobbler and Ice Cream for all guests on Friday was a nice bonus. Clean pool.

Great place to stay.

Room was clean & comfortable. All as advertised. Included breakfast was better than average. We had a hot bar with scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits & gravy, as well as make-your-own waffles. Cold cereals, yogurt, juices & coffee. We didn't use the pool, so no comment on that.

Overall service was good. Hot food could have been prepared better so it was actually hot. Everyone was respectful and nice. Parking lot and sidewalks need serious attention and fixing. Moving around the hotel was very easy and convenient.

I paid $178 for one night and was highly disappointed with the look and quality of the hotel. My bathroom had mold in the shower and when I informed the front desk they didn’t do anything. Not even an apology. The room was very old looking and over priced. If i pay $178 for one night I’m expecting something like the Marriott at least. The staff was okay. Ice machine didn’t work on my floor. The breakfast was very very basic kinda like they was over it. Overall it wasn’t worth $178 at all.

They chose to take away handicap parking from their guests to accommodate a truck show. They said there was plenty of parking in the front and there was NOT. Also we did not have overnight guest services that replaced our dirty towels. Air conditioner was leaking in our room and the floor was soaked. Spent 2 nights with a fan on high to dry the carpet. We also had ants crawling on the ceiling.

First room smelled so bad of smoke that it was giving us headaches. Front staff was able to find another room that also smelled of smoke but not as bad. Our son, because of medical issues cannot tolerate those environments got a severe headache and we were making too much noise preparing to leave at 1:00 in the morning that staff showed up. We left the hotel at 1:00 in the morning and were not able to stay there. We didn't get to stay even one night. I wish I would have read all the reviews. Seems like several others had the same issue with the room smells. It is supposed to be non smoking only.

So. We were told we could pay $25 for an early check in at 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I was told our room still wasn't ready. I called every half our til 3:55 to be told our room still wasn't ready. Went in at 3:56 the room still wasn't ready. 4:01 still wasn't ready. Finally was able to get checked in at 4:20, but overall it was a terrible experience. Will never stay here again.

Overall adequate

The room itself was clean and looked like it had been remodeled recently. The bed was just ok. Pillows were good. The rest of the hotel looked tired. Needs an upgrade. Our room was large and roomy but seemed awkward because it was missing furniture. Just had a padded chair and office chair for seating. The breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options cold and hot. The parking lot is very dark. We felt the area was safe but it definitely needs more lighting.

One queen bed was made up without a top sheet. The toilet seat was broken at one attachment. Both were reported to management, who were apologetic. The pillow were very thick and hard, which is why I always bring my own.

My room was at the very back which woukd be fine except the elevators are very far away. The hallways are very hot, the stairways are even hotter, smell bad, and it was a struggle getting my bags up and down as I was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is clean and was definitely worth the money. Had a few minor issues, low water pressure, chirping smoke detector. I told the desk clerk about the smoke detector but she didn't seem to care.
