First off, this is a very inexpensive motel in comparison to other options in Branson so some of the issues were to be expected. Staff was helpful and friendly, location is convenient to hwy 76 strip and attractions. Upon arriving, to room #125, we found that the doorframe was very broken apart around the latch/lock area, indicating the door had been kicked in at some point recently, which was concerning. The floors/carpet were so filthy that we did not remove our shoes other than to get into the bed, it looked like they had not been vacuumed in years. The bathroom and sink area was very run down and dirty with mold on the ceiling, and around the base of the shower. The toilet did not flush properly. The ac unit did not work consistently throughout our stay. Everything in the room looked as though there had been no maintenance or repairs in several years, the bathroom door would not shut as it was damaged at the bottom and the material had swollen up due to years of water damage. On the positive side, the beds seemed to be clean and were comfortable, and we were only in the room to sleep, so we overlooked the other issues, but would not stay here again.
