Checked into property entire 2nd floor smelled like weed and rooms bed was not properly made when we walked into room, lighter was found on floor next to chair left by previous occupant I assume and a/c was non functional. Went downstairs to request a room change and was informed no other rooms were available was given a dirty desk fan to help alleviate problem but no maintenance was called to look at issue and it seemed if we stayed it was assumed we would have to deal with it for the night. Immediately booked a different hotel and requested a refund. I understand having to turn rooms over quickly but to not have the room be clean or have working a/c upon entry is not acceptable.

Whatever the maids use to mop with smelled like vomit when you walk in the room. Possibly old water and bleach. It was not a fresh pleasant smell at all. I even changed rooms and it was the same issue.
