The room needs some freshening up. I reserved a king room. After checking in, went to room and it had two double beds instead of a king. Went back to the check-in area and was told due to maintenance issues they didn't have a king available so they had to give us a double room. Was also charged $5 more than what was quoted through Hotel.com. Also, check-in was through a kiosk with the person on a screen who was very hard to hear and understand.

Dirty environment, room not clean, staff unfriendly and non existent. You have to check into a guy on zoom in a kiosk. Cannot provide any services as a functional motel besides stealing your money.

First I didn’t get the room that I requested and when I arrived I couldn’t change rooms. The new room reeked of cigarettes for like 4-5 days and so I had to spray down the room everyday.

I feel like it was a bait and switch. I signed up for a deluxe room with a king bed and stove top. When I looked in the room there were two beds no stove top. The check-in was absolutely horrid. You have to check in talking to a person that's on a computer screen even though he's in the back room. Was difficult to understand as the quality was so poor. The only good thing was I asked for my money back immediately and I was given my money back. A lot of junk cars in the parking lot too.

It was a good place to sleep for 7 hours. It was a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke. We had a handicap accessible room reserved but it wasn't avaliable when we arrived. Not terrible but probably wont stay there again.

The heat went out . My stove didnt work and i told the owner and he didnt want to fix it . I paid for 5 days and left a day earlier and he wouldnt refund my money. They are rude and shouldnt own a business
