Room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed was comfy and included 2 pillows per guest. No issues with AC and wifi. The fridge and microwave were very handy appliances to have. Breakfast buffet was tasty with a good selection each day. Free parking was much appreciated and we had no problems finding a space each night. Front desk and kitchen staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this Hampton Inn in the future.

Liked - clean spacious room comfortable bed good amount of pillows, 4 large shower towels. Dark out curtains and cold AC. 10 minute drive to Knott’s 25 minutes to Disney parking lot. Hot breakfast options. Clean pool. Compliment Water coffee tea in lobby. Didn’t like - Room needed 1 more light slightly dark with all available lights on. Low shower pressure. Heard footsteps every time room above were walking around. Breakfast items were left to run out before replenishing and had to wait for most breakfast items. Long waits to get breakfast. Only one waffle machine for the whole hotel caused arguments between the hotel guests and staff. Parking spaces are tight nothing walkable around the hotel.

Great staff and great hotel

Staff was great! There was a large common area with plenty of seating and a good breakfast. I had a small issue with my hotel card key not working and staff helped out right away and followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. I would definitely stay again.

We were told to check in anytime after 3:00, but when we arrived we had to wait because the room was not ready. It was just about 4:00 when I asked if room was ready yet. I have never had to wait for a room to be ready. Especially when it was paid for in advance and we arrived about 25 minutes after check in time. Also we were told they had no early check in times. This room should have been ready to go, why was it not?
