When we went to get breakfast that was included, had to go to the front deskas there was no coffee, one piece of bacon and one spoonful of scrambled eggs. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, we,ll be back.

We liked how clean rooms were. Deco was a bit flashy but not bad. Bed was too soft and sunk in the middle and hurt our backs. Water for shower was hot but water pressure was weak. Hot tub was great and clean but wish it opened earlier than noon. Breakfast was kind of gross, especially the scrambled eggs and sausage. Good location, safe, friendly staff. No problems really.

We stay in Salida multiple times a year and have stayed at several of the hotels in the area. I can say, this hotel was much cleaner than any other we've stayed at. Also, very quiet. Easy parking. Good variety of breakfast foods, but the eggs were powdered and barely edible. Coffee was watered down. Apart from that, good selection. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice place!

We had a good stay, everything was as advertised and the quality was good. Hot tub with a view of the mountains was the high spot. Worth paying a bit extra for. We'll look here first next time we visit Salida.

Suprise on the inside.

This motel doesn't look like much on the outside, but on the inside they've clearly put significant money into fixing it up. Very nice. (With the minor exception of a noisy bathroom fan.) Breakfast was excellent. Larger selection of foods than I expected for a "continental breakfast". Nice areas for eating breakfast. Recommended.

I love everything about this place except for one of the front desk people is rude doesn't even understand English and I think that they need to work on when people leave their stuff on accident that they don't be throwing it away I think that's wrong or they're the only property that I've ever stayed at a hotel that gets rid of your stuff one lady I accidentally left my blanket and I called her and she saved it for me but there was a whole case of soup cup of soups that I left behind and they just said they threw it away which I doubt I think they probably kept it the housekeeping but it's not right because I think you should have at least 30 days to go back and pick it up before they dispose of it

Very pleased

Needed a quick spot to stay for a night. Front desk lady was amazing, we had some laughs. It was refreshing we had been on the road for for 20 something hours at this point on new years. We wanted a bed badly. Bottom level, the most comfortable beds, super clean.
