One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The creekside suite was perfect for our wedding day prep and relaxation. It was a bit far from hot springs but the location was ideal for privacy and views - it was so peaceful sleeping with the flowing creek. But it'd be nice to have some electric scoots :) more late night food options would've been awesome too, but the gift shop had lots of cute souvenirs and supplies. We didn't get married here (went up to Twin Lakes) but were able to take some "first look" shots in the meadow and our photographers couldn't stop gushing about the views. The staff was so helpful, even when I left wristband in the car, they gave me another with no questions asked. Would love to come back again!

Cliffside rooms are huge and great for families. Loved hanging out at the resort but bummed several of the pools were closed. We’ll try to come in the summer when everything is open.

Positives- helpful and friendly staff, breathtaking mountain views, clean room, infinity pool was great but had limited hours/days, the nearby town of Buena Vista had shopping and dining options. Negatives- We spent over $650 for 2 nights of basic cheap motel accommodations, the two main pools have only one access point and no in-pool seating/steps for relaxing and need updated, the upper pools and slides were closed for season, creek side pools were hard to access and involved scaling a wall and climbing over rocks.

Loved our stay. We checked in after dark and cliffside was difficult to find in the dark. Better signage? We really appreciated an extra hour for check out. It helped us enjoy the water in the am and packing in a leisurely way.

The property is located in a valley of beautiful chalk mountains. It is a thermal springs with multiple pools. The newer pools are handicap accesible. We stayed in rooms that had a beautiful view of the valley and of some of the facilities. A bit pricey, but by staying there you had free use of the pools. A great time!

We did not get to keep our reservation at Mt. Princeton because our elderly mother fell and needed surgery so we had to cancel at the last minute. My 5 rating is because this happened the day before our arrival and we were outside the free cancellation window. I called the property to explain we needed to cancel and why and they offered to cancel with a full refund. I truly appreciate their understanding our situation. We will try to get back there in the future!
