Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. This was a really beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and attentive. It has a very large parking garage for onsite parking; so that's a plus as well. It's centrally located in downtown Buffalo; so a good choice for any events in the city you might be visiting. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Buffalo.
