Hotel overall was nice. Bathroom shower doors had a gap that leaked quite a bit of water out into bathroom floor. Cleaning service left my door unlocked/ open one of the nights I stayed there. Management did take care of that and luckily nothing was stolen. Breakfast was standard but good.

My stay was excellent! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist by the name of Monique, her warm smile and attitude was very much welcoming and contagious. The room was very clean it makes my stay more comfortable, breakfast was excellent as well, fresh and hot food very clean once again. I would recommend this Location anytime!!!!!

Customer service is everything! And this establishment does it right! 100s across the board. I don't care where a business may lack, if it has a professional and accommodating customer service team than it will thrive and acquire an extremely loyal customer base. The Holiday Inn New Castle is the absolute best hotel to say in, in that region. I travel to there often to assist with my elderly mother and my last stay Mar 18th - Mar 21st was perfect from check-in to check-out. Let me tell you just how amazing your stay will be: Expect to be greeted with free fresh baked cookies and bottled water, Expect super fast check in, Expect a clean room and facility, Expect a peaceful and quiet environment, Expect a decent breakfast for you and your guests, Expect friendly pleasantries from the staff, Expect fast & easy check out. Personally they exceeding my expectations when I was allowed to check in early and work in the lobby for hours after I checked out. I was allowed to finish some stuff I had to do for work before hitting the road for a 6 hours drive home. I once stayed at a competing hotel that's next to theirs just to get the experience they offered but after this last stay at The Holiday Inn, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting New Castle.
