Breakfast on the weekend was busy but while the hot food was replenished, not so the pastries. The breakfast ran from 7-10am on the weekend and we were there on both Sat and Sunday between 7.30 and 8.30am. We did not see any top up on either day. Kids were running around and someone had dropped food on the ground, this was not picked up. The temperature in the room was a bit warm and didn’t seem to be able to be adjusted. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Staff were fine, no issues. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the confirmation that the hotel had an EV charger. This is also on the website as an amenity. When we arrived we were informed there was a standard electrical plug. The overnight charge was minimal so we had to find an alternative. Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer, it’s a very basic buffet!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but they could benefit from having better knowledge about the local area, such as public transport options and what’s happening around the city. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were well maintained. However, the air conditioning vents need cleaning, and it’s a good idea to check the bed sheets before going to sleep.

Location is really good and the ambience is nice. Staff was helpful and friendly and the check-in and check-out was smooth. The breakfast had multiple options and was good. The main bed was OK but the sofa bed made crunching sound every time someone moved. The shower area really needs some work. The shower water was all over the bathroom and their was no fan to reduce the humidity - became foggy in few seconds.

Check in and out was seamless. Staff were lovely, especially Bella who answered all my questions so patiently. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We especially appreciated how quiet it was in our room, as we really needed a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. I would definitely stay again. Thank you
