Great spur of the moment place to book for a quick weekend. We had a ton of really great food and I loved how many pool options there were, never felt crowded. I also loved our beachfront area and poolside service!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The beach was stunning—clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The amenities at the resort were also very good and easily accessible, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast one morning that was quite decent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. One thing to note is that complimentary drinking water bottles were not provided daily. Additional water bottles came with an extra charge, so we ended up buying water separately each day. There was a convenient store about 0.5 km away, which was helpful. There’s a nice restaurant nearby, although it was a bit pricey, so we mostly ordered food through Uber Eats, which was more budget-friendly. The resort is located near the start of the Hotel Zone, so it's a bit of a drive to reach the downtown area, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation!

We tried to get a massage, but we were not told you had to check in at another area. We waited long past our time only to find out my husband could not get one because he had skin cancer surgery 2 weeks prior. Nothing was told to us when we made the appointment. After an hour of waiting for them to decide that we couldn't get a massage I had had enough.

Overall great property with direct beachfront access & decent selection of restaurants. A property of this scale & price should have microwaves in every room though. Pretty ridiculous to have to go outside the hotel to one of their convenience stores for a microwave if you’re not in a Villa. At least put one in the lobby.

Great hotel if you'd like to stay in a more quiet area of Cancun. Just 15 minutes away from the airport. Great staff that will take care of your needs. Plenty of good food options on the area. Pools and beach areas are perfect. Nice gym.

Exterior Facilities are excellent. Interior upgrades are somewhat needed. Check in waited a while until was checked in. Food is bland and breakfast buffet was limited and bit cold at times or not enough for visitor. Coffee “Starbucks” availability is very good.

Unsanitary conditions such as human fluids all over the bathroom toilet , hair on the bed, kitchen was dirty and sticky, check in and out in less than 5 minutes the worst was the management, extremely rude and not willing to help on any way please avoid this place if you can it ruin my entire vacation trip
