Not really "Pet Friendly"

I thought I booked a "pet friendly" hotel for $75 extra! Once we arrived with our large lab, they let us know we couldn't leave our pet unattended in the room without a crate! Never did I read anything like that in their rules and polices. And there are no grassy areas for pets to potty either, just rocks!!!

Good stay overall - comfortable rooms and beds. Not too noisy even on the first floor. Good breakfast and lots of parking outside.

While the hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere (except for the only stretch of businesses and restaurants for miles) the cleans and spacious rooms, courteous staff and enjoyable amenities made up for it. We regretted we could only stay one night.

The rooms are clean and new. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located about 30 minutes from the National Park. We thought the beds were really comfortable.

What a great room! We had a studio suite with a king bed. If anything, it was larger than as pictured. We could easily spend an extended stay here. Front desk staff were very friendly as was the lady at the bar. We bought a sandwich fairly late in the evening. It was very good. My husband used the fitness room and found it well equipped.
